This class will see the group come together as a 30 for a counted Primary Series led by Manju, followed again by pranayama & chanting. To finish the workshop there will be a question and answer session with Manju offering the opportunity to ask anything that you may have regarding the practice of yoga.

- Priority at the moment is given to those who will be attending the 4 days in full. Should there be any spaces left, then options will be given for day passes.

- There are also a number of spaces being held back for practitioners of Stillpoint Yoga London. These spaces will be held for a short period exclusively. The other spaces will go to those who enquire directly through email. If there are spaces still available after the alloted time has expired for SYL practitioners, then these will be offered to those who have emailed and are on the waiting list.

- All spaces are on a first come first served basis (including Mysore class 1 & 2 preference)
