Moon Days 2012

It is traditional for Ashtanga Yoga practitioners to leave the days of the New and Full moon as practice free. The reasons why are related perfectly on Tim Millers website (here)

Please find below the moondays in 2012 when the SYL studio will be CLOSED (note that we are only open mon-fri). We also have these dates printed on cards at the studio so please ask for one to keep it with you for your reference.
